It’s not that Christians walk about, pointing fingers at the world, shouting condemnation; at least it’s not a condemnation of blame. We simply point out that the human condition is that of the condemned.  The non-Christian howls and complains about the morbidity of Christianity but, in truth, the condemnation is no other than what the non-Christian happily accepts, anyway: death. The difference is that the Christian does not pretend that death is acceptable, nor that it is inevitable. – E.O.
