When we are told of heavenly rewards, God is not talking about gold or cars or trips to Spain. These things will be present in heaven like grass and oxygen, wonderful but unremarkable. Our heavenly rewards will be that we will be where we should be, be who we should be, and be near to all, as we should be. – E.O.
